For the past 13 years (and counting) Barb Warren has been on a mission: to provide fresh, local, ethical, sustainable and nutritious food choices to the people of North Canterbury while supporting small local growers and food artisans. So every Friday, rain, snow or shine, Barb and her hard working team set up the Ohoka Farmers Market in the picturesque Ohoka Domain.
The Ohoka Farmers Market is on every Friday 9am-12.30pm. Make sure you check out their Good Friday and Canterbury Show Weekend markets. They are a sight to behold.
