Percival Street Bakery (or PSB) is renowned for its amazing sourdough products, fresh loaves, sandwiches, pies, cakes, slices and their top-notch custard squares (always a best-seller!). They also boast one of the best sausage rolls in the country, coming in 7th place in the inaugural Bakel’s Legendary Sausage Roll competition in 2020.
The delicious products are all made fresh on site daily by PSB’s experienced team. The company’s nine-year-old sourdough starter is one of their secrets to success, giving a delicious edge to all of their sourdough products and even some of their other baked items.
