Percival Street Bakery have taken our ‘Darkside of the Moon’ Stout and baked it into some out-of-this-world ciabatta rolls. Inside you’ll find a 200g Harris Farms fillet steak and creamy Pumahana cheese from Karikaas Dairy. Accompanied with an awesome house made chimichurri aioli, spiralised radish, pickled red onions, garlic roasted cherry tomatoes, mesclun and finished off with Fernside Microfarms microgreens – what’s not to love!
