A new limited edition Rosé chocolate has hit the shelves following a collaboration between Mount Brown Estates and Milly’s Fudge and Chocolates

Crafted by North Canterbury chocolatier Marcel, the individual milk chocolates incorporate a beautiful creamy texture made with Rosé wine from Waipara-based Mount Brown Estates.

Mount Brown Estates Director Catherine Keith said, “Matching wine and chocolate can be tricky, but this chocolate received an immediate seal of approval from our winemaker. The milk chocolate pairs perfectly with the strawberries-and-cream flavour of the wine. Made to be together!”

The limited edition chocolates are available in a box of six from Milly’s Fudge and Chocolates at The Old School Collective in Waikuku or as a gift pack including a bottle of Mount Brown Estates Rosé from www.mountbrown.co.nz/shop.
